State police at Frackville

State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said 400 pounds of copper wire, measuring 800 feet, and a Milwaukee band saw were stolen from the Haugland Energy plant, 78 Industrial Park Road, Delano Township, between 3 p.m. Dec. 24 and 11 a.m. Dec. 27.

Police said a representative of the company told them the wire and saw were stolen from a large tool container that was located at the rear of the property.

The wire is valued at $1,360, while the saw was valued at $227, police said.

• A 40-year-old woman from Middleport and a 35-year-old woman from Tamaqua were cited for harassment by physical contact and simple assault after police were called to Heisler’s Egg Farm, Meadow Lane, Walker Township, at 3:01 p.m. Dec. 24.

Police said the two women began to argue and the altercation escalated to a physical fight. They said one of the woman was injured.

• Police said an arrest warrant has been issued for Richard Kesen, 43, of Danielsville, for violation of a Protection From Abuse order.

At 5:37 a.m. Dec. 28, police were called to a residence on Back Street in Schuylkill Township, where the alleged victim reported the incident and said Kesen had fled.
