State police at Bethlehem - crashes

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police were called at 3:29 p.m. Dec. 9 to Blanche Court, Heidelberg Township, for a theft incident.

A 44-year-old woman from Germansville reported that someone used her credit card in Georgia.

• Police said a 51-year-old Palmerton woman was targeted in a criminal mischief incident that took place on Airport Road, Hanover Township.

She reported at 3:02 p.m. Dec. 6 that she received a text message from management about her storage unit at the above location not being secured.

Police said the woman saw that the unit’s lock had been cut and that items in the unit had been rummaged through, although it was unclear if anything was taken.

• A 48-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man, both from Slatington, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to an inactive domestic disturbance at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 23 at a property on County Bridge Road, Washington Township.

Police said they engaged in an argument that turned physical when both parties shoved and struck each other, causing minor injuries.

• Aaron Smith, 28, of Slatington, was cited for criminal mischief after police were called to the 7000 block of Kingstead Drive, Washington Township, at 4:51 a.m. Oct. 18.

They said a 42-year-old woman from Lehighton reported that Smith damaged her 2008 Infiniti as it was parked unattended outside her residence.
