State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said a package delivered by a FedEx driver at 11 a.m. Dec. 19 was stolen from a residence in West Mahanoy Township.

The victim is a 32-year-old woman from Mahanoy City.

Police said the package that contained makeup from Macy’s, valued at $32, was stolen moments after it was delivered by an unknown person who was in a blue or silver Honda CRV that had a Lyft/Uber light in its front window.

• A 56-year-old man from Lehighton is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 2:39 a.m. Dec. 20.

He was stopped in a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup at the intersection of Fifth and West Water streets in Coaldale.

• Bernard Kufuor, 37, of Reading, is facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after police made a traffic stop at 11:08 p.m. Nov. 16.

He was stopped in a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse on Claremont Avenue (Route 209) in Rush Township (Hometown), police said.
