Franklin Township supervisors took the following action on Tuesday:

• Agreed to reschedule a hearing date for the Cable Franchise Agreement upon the availability of township solicitor Tom Nanovic.

• Announced there will be changes in garbage collection pickup for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve Day. Collection will be Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.

• Announced that Christmas trees can be disposed of at the Phifer Ice Dam Park, using the Penn Street entrance, beginning Dec. 28.

• The township’s reorganization meeting will be held on Jan. 6.
