State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following crashes occurred on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:

• Shakia D. Henry, 36, of Plains, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed after a one-vehicle crash at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 28 at mile marker 72 in East Penn Township. She was uninjured in the crash.

Police said she was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu northbound when it hit the center barrier.

• Allison K. Jones, 47, of Gadsden, Alabama, was transported y personnel from the Palmerton Community Ambulance Association to the St. Luke’s Hospital, Carbon Campus, Franklin, after a one-vehicle crash at 6:40 p.m. Nov. 25 at mile marker 71.2 in East Penn Township.

Police said the severity of her injuries is unknown.

Jones was driving a 2015 Toyota Camry northbound when it began to fishtail and hit the concrete barrier on the right side of the roadway, causing disabling damage.

Police said she was cited after the crash.
