Lower Towamensing Township supervisors on a 2-0 vote took the following action on Tuesday:

• Granted conditional preliminary plan approval with obtaining zoning relief to the Beltzville Enterprise subdivision/land development,

• Approved a time extension to the CBI Ventures land development. The board noted that for any further extensions, they must come in person and request it.

• Granted final conditional approval of the Schaffer/Ziegenfus plan.

• Granted a waiver request for the Stoltzfus/Lorah annexation application, as well as conditional plan approval on Lower Smith Gap Road.

• Approved the Jeff George and Georgianna Messinger minor subdivision/time extension.

• Agreed to advertise the township’s reorganization meeting for 4 p.m. Jan. 6, as well as its 2025 regular meetings.

• Approved a garbage waiver request for 3565 Forest Inn Road.
