Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Maximum gross weight:

• Michael Vicario, 53, Hackensack, New Jersey, April 23 at Mauch Chunk Road and Delaware Avenue.

• Jesus Calero, 46, Elizabeth, New Jersey; Jussemar Avelino, 55, Newark, New Jersey; Franklin Minchala, 39, Mine Hill, New Jersey; and Charles Schander, 53, Sciota, April 22 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.

• Calero; Wilson Suscal, 46, Newark, New Jersey; and Fabian Perez, 35, Elizabeth, New Jersey, charged April 19 in the 800 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Driving under suspension:

Dennis Takacs, 35, of Allentown, was cited for driving with a suspended license and speeding, after a stop on April 20 on Route 248 East.

Citations: Police also issued a citation for a vehicle violation, and one for an animal violation of the borough code.
