Tamaqua police charged a Philadelphia man with making terroristic threats.

According to police Joseph Igielski, 48, sent a text message to a borough man on Nov. 21, saying that he was going to “destroy him.”

Police said that the victim received more than 350 text messages from Igielski since Nov. 14, and many of them threatened violence.

One threatened that he would “wire” the victim’s jaw, and another said he would “end” him.
