Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action recently:

• Approved the Starbucks extension to the developers agreement request to Jan. 8.

• Approved the Sage Meadows Letter of Credit reduced to $50,600.

• Approved the Summit Ridge Letter of Credit reduced to $142,073.

• Agreed to close out the account for the Lehigh Valley Hospital professional fees.

• Tabled a resolution for the Dollar General deed of dedication as part of the right of way for Twin Hill Drive.

• Agreed to buy a 2025 Ford Super Duty F-550 at a cost of $71,799, and $55,863 to upfit.

• Agreed to advertise a public notice of intent to appoint Certified Public Accountants to perform the 2024 audit.

• Agreed to advertise the 2025 meeting dates.
