State police at Fern Ridge said they were called to Pleasant Valley when a student brought suspected marijuana brownies to school.

Police said they were dispatched to the school in Chestnuthill Township at 1:48 p.m. May 6.

They said the brownies were sent to a state police laboratory for testing.

Police said they do have a suspect at this time and appropriate charges are expected to be filed upon receipt of the lab testing results.
