Sites for the three area soccer teams that will be playing in the PIAA quarterfinals on Saturday were recently released.

The Northwestern boys and girls clubs will be together in a doubleheader, while Jim Thorpe will head northwest for its playoff matchup.

The Class 2A Tigers, whose two teams are still undefeated, will be paired at Blue Mountain High School.

The girls will face District 4 champion Central Columbia at 11 a.m. in a rematch of last year’s PIAA semifinal contest, while the boys take on District 1’s Faith Christian — a team that also hasn’t lost this season.

The Class 3A Olympians, who have earned both their first district title and their first-ever state playoff win, travel to Central Columbia in Bloomsburg to face Dallas, the champions of District 2. The start time for their contest is 1 p.m.

Winners from the quarterfinal round will advance to the semifinals, which will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
