State police at the agency’s Liquor Control Enforcement office in Allentown reported that Renae Siegfried, 20, of Walnutport, was cited for possession of alcohol by a minor at 11:20 p.m. Sept. 28 on East Fourth Street in Bethlehem.

Police said she was found to be in possession of a 12-ounce can of Surfside iced tea and vodka.
