Miss Lisa Minnich, a Lehighton Area High School junior, was named Miss E2C during Fire Prevention Week activities held at Engine Company No. 2, Lehighton.

The coronation of the Miss E2C highlighted a three-hour program attended by about 600 persons at the fire company, where last year’s honoree, Louise Wentz, placed the crown on the queen.

Lisa is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Minnich of 54 Second Avenue, Lehighton.

The first runner-up was Deborah J. Rogal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rogal of Lehighton R.5, while the second runner-up was Lisa Klotz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Henninger of Lehighton R.2.
