State police at Bethlehem

State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 30-year-old woman from Walnutport reported a harassment by physical contact incident that occurred at 4:36 p.m. Sept. 14 at KidsPeace, North Whitehall Township.

Police said she was struck several times in the face with a walkie-talkie and a closed fist by an 11-year-old boy from Danville, who was cited after the incident.

• Alexander Bauer, 21, of Coplay, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to an incident at midnight Sept. 12 at 3319 Stephen St., North Whitehall Township.

A 22-year-old woman from Coplay reported Bauer punched her in the face during an altercation.

• Erin Crouthamel, 33, of Zionsville, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 10:23 a.m. Sept. 12.

She was stopped for Motor Vehicle Code violations in a 2003 Buick in the 4600 block of Lowhill Church Road, Lowhill Township.

• Two people who were involved in a physical confrontation at 5:49 p.m. Aug. 17 on Old Post Road, North Whitehall Township, were cited for harassment by physical contact, police said.

Charged were a 57-year-old woman and a 61-year-old man, both from Coplay.

• Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl from Slatington.

Police were summoned to the report of a rape that occurred in Washington Township between 8 p.m. March 15 and 3 p.m. July 27.

• Police are investigating the theft of two dirt bikes from a property on Cobblestone Drive in North Whitehall Township.

About 3:22 a.m. Sept. 4, two unidentified people entered an unlocked detached garage and stole the bikes, a 2022 KTM and a 2020 Yamaha. Police said they had a collective value of $11,000.

The owners are two men, ages 23 and 51, both from Schnecksville.

• Police said an Apple 14-plus iPhone valued at $3,500 was stolen in an incident that occurred between noon Sept. 7 and 11 a.m. Sept. 10 at a property on Coral Court in Washington Township.

A 56-year-old man from the township reported the phone was in a package that was stolen from his porch.

• Police were called to an illegal dumping incident at 1:09 p.m. Sept. 18 at 7642 Hawk View Road in Heidelberg Township.

Bags of garbage and what appeared to be remnants of a burn barrel were discarded along the road, and four or five bags of garbage were thrown in a wooded area.
