A 21-year-old Palmerton woman died in a one-car crash at 10:10 a.m. last Monday on Interstate 276 (Pennsylvania Turnpike) in Bucks County.
State police in Troop M which investigated the crash said Brianna Quinn died in the crash near mile marker 350.4 in Bensalem Township.
According to published reports, Corporal Richard L. Levan said Quinn was driving a Nissan sedan in the far left lane and for an unknown reason crossed all three lanes to her right, “struck a PTC yellow bollard pole and 350.4 gate key pedestal along the right berm area, and rolled over several times resulting in a fatal injury.”
Police were assisted at the scene by the Bucks County Coroner’s Office, Trevose Fire & Rescue, Bensalem Township Fire & Rescue, Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad, Troop M, C.A.R.S. Unit, Troop M, F.S.U. and several troopers from the King of Prussia barracks.
The deceased woman is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, the daughter of Christen Beahn and the late (Tremayne) Quinn, according to an obituary published by an Allentown funeral director.
