The 18th annual Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Conference, hosted by GRG NEPA, will be held on Oct. 18 at the Woodlands Inn, Wilkes-Barre.

The event, held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and is free to any person raising a grandchild. There is a fee for professional social service personnel.

The conference will provide panel discussions, legal advice, resource tables and more.
