State police at the Pocono barracks reported the owner of a 2014 Nissan Sentra was cited for his car displaying fake inspection stickers at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 4 in Franklin Township at mile marker 77 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Police said the vehicle’s annual emission and inspection stickers, which had expiration dates of February 2025, were determined to be fraudulent.
They said victims of the incident are Christman Auto Repair, Palmerton, and Susquehanna Dodge, Wrightsville.
