Police said the crash occurred when Tracy, driving a 2003 Dodge Journey, was traveling east and his vehicle entered the westbound lane of travel and struck a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse operated by Corin A. Moorman, 32, also of Brockton, who was uninjured. Sarah Moorman and two passengers, ages 1 and 3, were passengers in the Eclipse. The children were uninjured, police said.
