Saucon Valley High School recently hosted an Impact Athlete Speed & Agility Clinic with Talitha Diggs, sponsored by Lehigh Valley Health Network. Talitha was an NCAA D1 Champion for the Florida Gators in the 400 (both indoor and outdoor), a National Champion in the 400, and a gold medalist at the World Championships in the 4x400 relay in 2022. Also helping at the clinic was her mother Joetta, a four-time Olympian in middle distance in 1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000. Lehighton track and field athletes were invited to participate and enjoyed the hurdle station, the stretching and working out, and learning how to race off of blocks and improve their footwork.
