Richard Uhler, 83, of Bethlehem, died on Aug. 1, 2024, in his home. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Paul and Renee (Green) Uhler. He was the husband of Sally Uhler for more than 60 years. He was a graduate of Liberty H.S.
He spent the majority of his professional life in the construction industry and later for the Bethlehem Recycling Center. He and his wife owned and operated the 7-Eleven on Linden Street in Bethlehem from 1984 to 1994.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jean Politi and her husband Mike; a grandson, Evan Politi; a sister-in-law, Mary Conway; his best friends, Bobby Butillo and Richard and Carol; nieces; and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Roger Uhler.
He was a lifetime member of the F3 Fishing Club.
