State police at the Bethlehem barracks are investigating a theft/disposition of funds incident they were called to a business at Old Packhouse Road, North Whitehall Township.

They said the Bethlehem Colonial Intermediate Unit received a report of the theft of $15,537.22 through withdrawals and fraudulent transactions between 1:26 a.m. March 3 and 4:48 p.m. Aug. 9.

Police said the victim reported approximately $22,000 in funds was stolen or misappropriated from the business.
