State police at the Fogelsville barracks said Theresa A. Bernheisel, 76, of New Ringgold, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 4:04 p.m. June 25 on King’s Highway in Lynn Township.

Police said she was driving a 2022 Subaru Outback that failed to yield to a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek that was westbound, entering its path and causing a collision. The Crosstrek was driven by Carol A. Silvius, 74, of Bath, who police said had minor injuries but did not require a medical transport.

Bernheisel and a passenger, Robert D. Homyak, 18, of Tamaqua, were uninjured, police said.
