State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said the driver of a 2003 GMC they stopped for a traffic violation at 9:52 p.m. July 12 showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. It occurred on North Lehigh Avenue in Frackville.

• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident they were called to at 1:33 p.m. July 12 at the McAdoo Catholic School, North Cleveland Street, McAdoo. They said someone smashed eight windows at the school between July 11 and 12 and fled the scene.
