The following people were sentenced recently in Schuylkill County court.
Joseph Edward Kulha, 32, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to time served to 23 months in Schuylkill County Prison on charges of prohibited offensive weapons and simple assault leveled by West Penn Township police.
Kulha also was ordered to pay $600 in costs.
Jayden Shane Coombe, 19, of New Ringgold, was sentenced to 24 months probation as a result of being charged with terroristic threats by Tamaqua police.
He was also ordered to undergo non-confinement supervision, an anger management evaluation, a mental health evaluation, and pay $550 in costs.
Atseko Frank Tsatenawa, 71, of Kirby, Texas, was ordered to pay $2,502.21 in restitution and costs as a result of being charged with fleeing or eluding by Tamaqua police.
James Lockwood, 33, of Conyngham, was ordered to pay $1,295.53 in restitution and other costs as the result of being charged with theft by deception by Kline Township police.
Diondre Hamman, 22, of Coaldale, was sentenced to 12 months probation as the result of being charged with disorderly conduct that creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by Coaldale police.
Hamman was also ordered to pay $185.50 in restitution and other costs, and undergo a mental health evaluation.
Mary Kathleen Bowen, 38, of Flandersm, N.J., was ordered to pay a $300 fine on a charge of harassment leveled by Tamaqua police.
