State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following crashes:

• Josephine Swartz, 81, of Albrightsville, was in a one-vehicle crash at 3:48 p.m. May 7 on Kinsley Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said she was driving a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country mini van when she was backing out of a stall and lost control of the vehicle. It backed over a concrete island and struck metal shelving with flowers on it and a concrete post.

The vehicle had to be towed from the scene. Nobody was injured in the crash.

• Police said the driver of a vehicle that collided with a tree off Stony Mountain Road in Penn Forest Township fled the scene.

It happened at 4:28 p.m. June 26.
