Attorney James Wimmer and is wife Linda, of Allentown, were both recently named to the Citizens National Bank Board of Directors. James was also named to the Harleysville National Corporation Board of Directors. The announcement was made in conjunction with the change from Citizens Bank and Trust Company to CNB, a branch of the Harleysville corporation.

The couple served on the Citizens Bank and Trust Company board and James also held the position of bank president and chairman of the board.

James is a partner in the law firm of Philip and Wimmer in Palmerton and is a member of the Horsehead Community Development Fund. Linda, a high school English teacher, is a current member of the National Board of Trustees of the Union of American Hebrew Congregation.
