Shannon M. Fleming, 24, of Orwigsburg, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices following a two-vehicle crash at 9:27 a.m. June 25 on Skyline Drive in New Castle Township. No one was injured in the incident.

State police at Frackville said she was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu south when it “rear-ended” a 2016 Chrysler 200 operated by Boyd R. Montigney, 65, of Hegins, who had slowed down to allow a vehicle in front of his car top make a turn.

Police said the Malibu was towed from the scene while the Chrysler was able to be driven from it.
