Installation services were held Sunday in the United Presbyterian Church, Slatington, at which time the Rev. David H. Johnson was installed as pastor.

Taking part in the special worship service were the Rev. Samuel Huffard, moderator of the Lehigh Presbytery; the Rev. John Stoner, Allentown; the Rev. Elizabeth Beck, Easton; the Rev. Carl Gray, Summit Hill; and Edward Hughes and Ralph Craine, both of Slatington.

Rev. Johnson is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the Princeton Theological Seminary. He served as a student intern on the staff of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Allentown, two years ago.
