A dream which began with a tiny bank in Bowmanstown in 1934 became a magnificent reality during the past few days as the Tri-County State Bank moved into its beautiful, new and completely modern bank building in Bowmanstown.

The new building is located on a large plot facing the exit ramp from Route 248, now designated Bank Street. The building is designed in the colonial style, with brick facing on reinforced concrete construction.

The new structure will accommodate the phenomenal growth and expansion of the bank, which now lists assets in excess of $24,000,000 for the Bowmanstown office, the Lehighton branch on Route 209 and the Northampton branch.

The bank has reported growth of $2,500,000 in assets during the past year alone.
