Former Palmerton standout Tyler Hager was recognized as the Male “Newcomer of the Year” in late April at Westminster College Department of Athletics’ 19th Annual WESPY Awards.

The WESPYs honored team MVPs, as well as several annual award winners while recognizing top athletic achievements throughout the 2023-24 academic year.

Hager, a freshman on the Titans’ men’s golf team, also received PAC (Presidents’ Athletic Conference) Men’s Golf Newcomer of the Week in early September.
