State police at the Frackville barracks said the driver of a vehicle that crashed at 5:22 p.m. May 6 on Pine Creek Drive in Rush Township left the scene.

Police said the car veered off the road and went onto the right shoulder crashing into a guide rail, leaving the rail partially blocking the eastbound lane.
