Susan J. Miller, 68, of Orwigsburg, was cited by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks with driving on roadways laned for traffic after she was driving a vehicle that struck three legally-parked cars off Route 61 in Port Clinton.

The incident happened at 6:54 a.m. March 20. She was uninjured.

Police said she was driving a 2021 GMC that struck a 2019 Mazda CX3, a 2015 Dodge Dart and a 2008 Nissan Sentra.

All four vehicles had to be towed from the scene while the southbound lane of Rt. 61 was blocked.
