State police at Belfast reported the following:

• A 43-year-old Lehighton man was charged with harassment by physical contact after police responded to an incident at 2:46 p.m. Feb. 7 on Hercules Drive in the Borough of Stockertown.

The victim is a 38-year-old Pennsburg man who said the defendant, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person, engaged in a course of conduct or repeatedly committed acts, namely flicked a lit cigarette at the victim, striking him in the face above the left eyebrow, leaving a black mark.

• A 75-year-old Cresco man is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after police made a traffic stop at 8:01 p.m. Feb. 17 on Route 33 in Bushkill Township,

Police said he was stopped in a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado for Title 75 offenses.
