Fire companies responded to an automatic fire alarm Saturday afternoon at Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on West Market street in Orwigsburg. When the first firefighters arrived on scene the alarm was upgraded to a high occupancy structure fire. A dryer had caught fire sending smoke throughout the sprawling structure thus causing an evacuation.
