State police at the Bureau of Gaming, Wild Creek Casino, Bethlehem, have reported the following:
• A 53-year-old man from Pocono Summit was charged with criminal mischief at 1 a.m. Jan. 5.
Police said surveillance at the Wind Creek Casino reported damage to a slot machine and it was determined the man struck and damaged the machine, leaving the casino before security and state police could contact him.
The damages are estimated at $2,170,23.
• Police are investigating the theft of a voucher worth $143 through TRU 4. A 74-year Lehighton man reported the theft at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 15.
• Police arrested a 37-year-old Germansville woman for defiant trespass at 11:34 p.m. Jan. 11.
They said she was observed in the Wind Creek Casino after she was permanently evicted from the property on July 13, 2023.
• A 76-year-old man from Orefield was arrested on theft charges at 11:35 a.m. Jan. 4.
Police said it happened when a 38-year-old woman from Prospect park, New Jersey, left her wallet unattended on a slot machine and the man took it onto the bathroom and removed $202 from it.
