The Tiger Paw Uniroyal tire is valued at $300, police said.

Police said the victim reported the incident at 4:03 p.m. Dec. 20. They said the woman told police she opened a “tab” at the diner on July 15 and eventually acquired the card back into her possession before leaving the premises.

She said she noticed on Dec. 4 that $4,038.52 was withdrawn from her PNC Bank account by means of a purchase at the diner on June 16 at about 2 a.m. The woman said she is unable to list individuals who were at the diner when she provided her debit card to open the “tab.”
