The Stroud Manor, Analomink, has been cited for violating state liquor laws by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
Police said on Oct. 2, an employee of the business sold alcoholic beverages without authority in that the business’ license expired and/or was held in safekeeping or its temporary operating authority had expired.
The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose a penalty ranging from $50-1,000.
