Steven Christ graduated from Lebanon Valley College on May 9 with a bachelor of arts degree in clarinet performance and a bachelor of science degree in music education.

Both degrees were magna cum laude.He was also awarded the Frank Stachow Memorial Award and the Music Teachers National Association Award by the college.Christ has been accepted at the University of South Carolina in its graduate degree program for the fall. He was awarded two fellowships by USC.He is a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School and the son of Mark and Audrey Christ of Hometown.
