American Legion Post 316, Summit Hill, will conduct a "flag-burning" ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Legion property.

This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to discard American flags to do so in a manner authorized by law.Anyone desiring to get rid of their old flags can do so by dropping them off at the Post Home on Lehigh Street before Saturday.
