The 2014 open enrollment period for the Health Insurance Marketplace begins Nov. 15.Intended for people who are uninsured and those assisting the uninsured in making decisions about getting health insurance, this free webinar provides practical information about changes, shows how to find local in-person assistance, and identifies other resources to make decisions about health insurance.Webinar dates are from noon to 1 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 14 and Dec. 5.
