At 5:03 p.m. on Sept. 5, Mahoning Township Police investigateda rear-end collision with injuries on Route 443 at the Mahoning Farmers Market. A westbound jeep driven by Justin Gombertof Lehighton had stopped to turn into the farmers market parking lot when his vehicle was rear-ended by a Subaru driven by Kody Strouse of Lansford. Strouse has been charged with careless driving.
