The Lehighton-Weissport Area School Board announced last night that it will not accept high school pupils from the six outlying districts which now send their pupils to Lehighton, unless a jointure of the six districts is formed.

The motion was unanimously agreed on last night and will become effective in September. However, children from these districts who are now attending Lehighton High School will be permitted to complete their education there.
