A Macungie man has been charged with driving under the influence as a result of a crash on Feb. 23.
Mahoning Township police said the incident happened on Mahoning Mountain Road when the driver, Craig Curran, failed to turn successfully.
Curran was placed under arrest for a driving under the influence when a small amount of marijuana was found, and he agreed to take a blood test.
The results showed a BAC of 0.242 percent and the presence of marijuana.
Curran has been charged with three counts of driving under the influence, posession of marijuana and careless driving.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 18.
