Firefighters work to gain control of a fire at 734 Schuylkill Ave., Pottsville, on Wednesday evening. A structure fire was called in to the Schuylkill County Communications Center at about 8:30 p.m. with reports of flames visible from the street. Four rowhomes at 732, 734, 736 and 738 Schuylkill Ave. were affected. Pottsville fire Chief Todd March said that no one was injured and three of the buildings could be vacant.
