Residents of the Majestic House Apartment Complex in Tamaqua welcomed Spring Thursday with signs, balloons and hoots to passingvehicles. Despite a chill wind, the happy group spent about 20 minutes enjoying the sunshine and fresh air, happy that winter is "officially" over.
