A wind advisory remains in effect until 11 a.m. today, with winds northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
The strongest winds are expected to continue through mid morning with winds diminishing during the afternoon and especially evening.The winds will make travel difficult in high profile vehicles this morning.Also scattered power outages will occur as very weak trees, tree limbs and power lines get knocked down.Watch out for ice patches and debris on the roads.
