Christopher Gerhart, 22, of Weatherly, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop conducted by state police at the Hazleton barracks.

They stopped him in a 2019 Kia Forte at 1:36 a.m. Dec. 7 at the intersection of Hudson Drive and Pole Road in Packer Township.
