Semmel excels at the free throw line, going 10-of-14 to help boost his point total. The Indians get out to an early advantage, outscoring the Tigers 13-6 in the opening quarter. With the game still close, the winners use a 21-13 final frame to seal the decision. Don Sheckler contributes 14 points to the Lehighton cause, while Dick Koch chips in with nine. For Coaldale, Bernie Radocha and Bob Shubeck both finish with 11 points.
