State police at the Pocono barracks are investigating the theft of a leaf blower from a construction site along the turnpike in South Whitehall Township.

The leaf blower is owned by a Slatington man.

Police said sometime between Sept. 24-27 someone stole the red Buffalo turbine hydraulic leaf blower from the site, near mile marker 58 in South Whitehall Township, and fled the scene.
