State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following:
• Police said two vehicles had minor damages and were able to be driven from the scene of a crash at 12:54 a.m. Nov. 20 in Interstate 81 in Delano Township. No one was injured.
Police said a 2019 Chevrolet Trax traveling south in the left lane moved into the right lane at a time when the driver did not see a 2023 Freightliner that was also southbound in the right lane, striking the latter vehicle.
• Bradley McAloose, 25, of Tamaqua, was cited for harassment by physical contact after they were summoned to an incident at 1:49 p.m. Nov. 19 on Ben Titus Road in Rush Township.
Police a 31-year-old man from Tamaqua who was identified as McAloose’s relative. Police said he was shoved by McAloose.
• Police responded to a criminal mischief incident at 8:21 p.m. Nov. 17 at a property on Crystal Lane, Ryan Township.
They said the victim is a 42-year-old woman from New Ringgold who reported someone broke a window on her vehicle.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle mishap at 9:22 a.m. Nov. 22 on Market Street in Cumbola.
Police said Angelo A. Tice, 19, of Cumbola, was driving a 198 Toyota Rav4 east on Market Street and was attempting to turn left when he lost control of the vehicle. It traveled into the opposing lane of travel and struck a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Y. Gonzalez de la Cruz, 42, of Glendale, New York. Police said the Rav4 then hit a utility pole on the left side of the road, traveled across the road and struck a guide rail.
Police said the Rav4 had to be towed from the scene.
Tice was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed, police said.
